“The elemental experience surpassed any expectation I had. Not only was it a getaway from our repetitive lifestyles, but it was a truly soul enriching experience. We were in paradise; Costa Rica is captivating with its biodiversity and lavish nature with lots to be seen but discovery went beyond what meets the eye. So when I say “soul enriching” it’s because I got to experience and find parts of myself I had put to the back of my mind or neglected for far too long. My true, powerful and most capable self. I believe that part of being able to be my unapologetic self was because I was surrounded by strong likeminded women. All brave enough to want to step outside their comfort zones and seek growth. They admired the parts of me that I try to tame down and complimented aspects of myself I take for granted. We celebrated, danced, laughed and cried together. This experience was more than I could have asked for and in some strange way, I always felt at home.”

The Venue,
Uvita Bali Bosque
Our guests arrived in San Jose where they found our personal shuttle service and then they took a drive to the luscious rainforests of Uvita, Costa Rica. There they found Hans & Monique’s authentically crafted venue, the Balinese Boutique Eco Lodge! Guests got to immerse themselves in the jungle and its wildlife, getting to see toucans, sloths, monkeys, macaws, and so much more. All of the villas are crafted in Bali using authentic ornaments & handmade woodwork and then shipped to Costa Rica.
